Intellectual property and assessment content

True North website copy, frameworks, assessments, scoring tools, graphics, workbooks, and educational resources may not be copied, reproduced, photographed, distributed, republished, sold, or used to create derivative materials without written permission, except where a resource expressly permits personal use.

Appropriate use

Do not use forms to send unlawful, threatening, harassing, emergency, or highly sensitive information. Do not attempt to access another participant’s information or misuse assessment links.

Service-specific agreements

When True North offers a coaching or retreat engagement, the written agreement and proposal provided before payment govern that service and take precedence over general website descriptions.
