Assessment Privacy & Data Practices

Separate assessments support preparation and coaching discernment. They are not designed to assign blame or create a public record of the marriage.

Separate completion

The husband completes Partner A and the wife completes Partner B independently. Each spouse should answer without coaching, monitoring, or pressure from the other and should not ask the other spouse to disclose individual answers.

Purpose of the information

Assessment information is used for fit review, preparation, facilitator planning, pattern identification, and appropriate coaching follow-through. It is not a diagnosis, legal conclusion, determination of fault, or emergency screening service.

Access and communication

Responses are delivered to the designated True North email address and should be accessed only by people responsible for review, administration, or facilitation. Individual responses should not be forwarded or shared more broadly than needed for those purposes.

Online limitations

Reasonable care is used, but no website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Participants should not add unnecessary medical, legal, financial, or emergency information to open-response fields.

Printing and copying

The assessments are intended for online completion. Printing, copying, photographing, reproducing, distributing, or sharing the questions is not permitted. Technical controls can discourage copying but cannot completely prevent screenshots, photography, or manual reproduction.
